Brown Mackie College - Cincinnati Offers New Associate's Degree Program in Early Childhood Education

(CINCINNATI - March 22, 2007) Brown Mackie College - Cincinnati has received approval to offer an Associate of Applied Science degree in Early Childhood Education. The program requires 96 quarter credit hours.

"The Early Childhood Education program is a great addition to the degree options we offer, and will certainly provide students with the education to meet their career goals," says Robin Krout, President of Brown Mackie College - Cincinnati.

Graduates of the Early Childhood Education degree program will be prepared to seek entry-level employment in pre-schools/nursery schools, before and after school care, and early childhood development centers. Curriculum for the program includes classes in child growth and development, health, safety and nutrition, language arts, and child guidance and acceptance.
