John Pappas

John Pappas is President of Brown Mackie College – Tulsa. He joined the college in December 2010. He previously served as President of Rasmussen College in Mankato, MN.

Prior to working in education, John had an extensive and varied business career. He started his career in financial consulting in Chicago, IL. He then went to work for Kraft Foods where he held several positions, including Operations Finance Manager and Regional Controller. He then served as Director of Planning and Analysis for North and South America for Jones Lang LaSalle. Following that, he owned and operated restaurants in Indianapolis, IN.

John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN.

John enjoys reading, biking, soccer, and travel and spending time with his wife Jennie and sons, Jack and Dean.
